Baby and Me Program

HSCSN enrollees are able to receive free pregnancy support services.

You and your family can join a two-part series about pre and post natal services. These monthly meetings help prepare you for the arrival of your new baby.

Education 101

The Education 101 class offers information about first and second trimester pregnancy (0-27 weeks). Serving as our early pregnancy education class, it is held at the beginning of your pregnancy.

Topics include:

  • Body Changes
  • Health and Wellness
  • Prenatal Health Care

Baby Shower

Baby Showers take place during your third or fourth trimester (28-40 weeks). The Baby Shower is meant to prepare you for labor and delivery. Free mini cribs (cribettes) are available.

Topics include:

  • Birth Control
  • Newborn Care Basics
  • Safe Sleep

We offer:

  • Transportation for HSCSN enrollees
  • Childcare for children 0 to 12 years old
  • Meals and refreshments available
