Effective December 17, 2021, Health Services for Children with Special Needs Inc. (HSCSN) has launched our new online Provider Portal under Change Healthcare ConnectCenter for HSCSN network providers to continue to check the following:

  • Claim Status
  • Demographics Information
  • Sign-up for Electronic Payments
