Mobile Health Screening Event
Join us to receive your Mobile Health Screening!
Hosted at National Children's Center, HSCSN enrollees and community residents can receive wellness visits, school-required immunizations, and COVID vaccinations. Each attendee will be required to wear a mask and check-in prior to participating. Social distancing practices will be in effect.
