HSCSN’s Quality Program

HSCSN wants to improve the health and quality of life for our enrollees. To do this, we maintain an active Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program (QAPI). QAPI helps us monitor the quality of health care our enrollees receive.

Our goal is to make sure enrollees get care and services that are:

• High quality
• Easy to access
• Safe
• Appropriate
• Efficient

We do this by:

• Maintaining a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Plan and Complex Case Management accreditation. You can learn more at the NCQA website.
• Meeting or exceeding external quality review organizational requirements.
