Youth Athletic Program (YAP) Fitness Activity. The program is designed to engage attendees in physical activity, promote the importance of making healthy choices, and gain an understanding of various sports. The program is a great way for participants to play team sports, make new friends, and gain confidence while at the same time, learning discipline, courtesy, respect, and team building.
