HSCSN offers a full set of services to our enrollees. We coordinate all physical, mental, behavioral, and developmental care. This care includes traditional Medicaid benefits. It also includes extra services.
HSCSN provides:
- Individualized care management.
- 24–hour access to care coordination.
- Outreach programs.
- Respite care.
Your care manager will help you manage your child’s care. HSCSN has a network of providers to care for our enrollees. As an enrollee, your child has a primary care doctor. This doctor can make referrals to doctors that are skilled in treating certain conditions. These doctors are called specialists.
