HSCSN enrollees can visit the Wellness Center inside of Giant Food to receive either a flu shot or COVID Vaccination (Pfizer) every day during April.

Important things to know:

  • Registration is encouraged to avoid wait times, however, walk-ins are welcome
  • Enrollees must bring a photo ID, membership card, and mask
  • Enrollees ages 3 and up can receive the Flu Shot
  • Enrollees ages 5 and up can receive the COVID vaccination
  • COVID Booster shot available for eligible enrollees

Free transportation is available for HSCSN enrollees.
